RockRoll360 #157- Chalk Dust Torture (Part 1)

 

God, it’s been a while since my last post.
Been very busy with this and that.
I also have to put a little laziness into
the mix also.
Well, two events since our last
meeting. The Boston Bruins winning the Stanley
Cup for the 1st time since 1972.
Boston has won 7 titles in 10 years.
To add to that all of 4 major sport teams
have won a title. The Patriots (02,04,05),
Red Sox (04,07), Bruins (2011), and Celtics (08).
No other city has done that.
And on a sad note the loss of Clarence Clemons of
Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band. Both
news items are noted here in this show.
Here’s the latest compilation I put together
here during the month of June of 2011.
This one features great deep track by
The Pretenders. A couple of new songs by
The Cars & Reba McEntire. Also got turned on by
a couple gems by The Violent Femmes and

How lucky you listeners are. I can’t remember the last time
I showcased an older compilation. Since I only make one 80 minute
compilation a month and been doing only one podcast show a week,
I am able to download a new compilation to you almost every time
a regular 360 show comes up with the help of a “Goodbye To WBCN
Series” of course, which is posted every 3 weeks. Here I  put together
a new compilation for the month of November 2010. This one also
