A revolution (from the Latin revolutio, “a turn around”)
is a fundamental change in power or organizational
structures that takes place in a relatively short period of time.
Aristotle described two types of political revolution:

1 ) Complete change from one constitution to another
2 ) Modification of an existing constitution.

Revolutions have occurred through human
history and vary widely in terms of methods,
duration, and motivating ideology.
Their results include major changes in culture,
economy, and socio-political institutions.

You can almost smell it in the air!
And the whole world is watching!

This year with revolution in Egypt, Tunisia & Libya.
And heavy protest in the streets of
England & Greece early this year.
We can’t forget our country of the USA.
The tea party along with Anti-Obama sentiments.
Today’s light protest at Wall Street in
New York and many other American cities with
growing demonstrators protesting against
big business and banks with the CEO’s with
their fat wallets, taking from the middle
class and giving to the rich.

It is going to be an
interesting National Republican race coming up in 2012.

Shades of August of 1968 in Chicago.
You can almost smell it in the air!
And the whole world ( will be ) watching!

The events this year gave me the idea of this show.

When progressive radio appeared on the airwaves from coast to coast around 1967 throught the early 70’s, it was like a breath of fresh air that filled our mind and spirit with comedy, music and even maintained a strong counterculture reputation. It was a great moment in radio history for the baby boomers.

Let’s make believe we have gone back in time and
we are on a progressive radio time warp. Enjoy the way radio was,
very laid back with great tunes. I have some great moments with some of other
radio stations beside WBCN - Enjoy great progressive radio DJ’s-Scott Muni,
Tom Donohue and Malcolm-Gault Williams.
